• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation processes
• Conduct detailed platform walkthroughs and setup guidance
• Manage customer data migration and ensure accuracy
• Log and track customer feedback using CRM systems

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer onboarding or implementation experience
• Strong project management skills with multiple customer management
• SaaS platform experience and ability to explain technical products
