💼 About This Role

As the Senior Merchant for Women’s Footwear, you will lead assortment strategy for one of Rothy’s most important categories. You'll shape seasonal product lines from concept to commercialization, balancing brand aesthetic with financial goals. This role requires strong cross-functional partnership to bring innovative footwear to market while optimizing margin and inventory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Women’s Footwear assortment strategy from concept to commercialization
• Partner with Design and Product Development to create seasonal collections
• Collaborate with Production to achieve cost and margin targets
• Analyze sales and market trends to inform future strategies

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of merchandising or buying experience
• Footwear experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with analytical tools for assortment planning and forecasting
• Understanding of open-to-buy and inventory management
