Requirements

• 9+ years mobile development with Android or iOS
• Deep understanding of at least 1 cross-platform framework (Flutter/React Native/KMP)
• Expertise in mobile fundamentals: memory management, threading, app lifecycle, UI optimization
• Passion for measuring and improving app performance metrics
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
