💼 About This Role

You'll run and improve lemon.markets' People Operations backbone, ensuring the employee lifecycle is smooth and scalable. You'll own end-to-end onboarding, changes, offboarding, and payroll, while optimizing Personio workflows. This role sits in a fast-moving FinTech startup within the dwpbank Group, offering hybrid flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle and payroll processes
• Operate and improve People request flow via structured intake
• Administer and optimize Personio workflows and data quality
• Ensure GDPR-first compliance and audit-ready documentation
• Standardize and document processes in Confluence

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of People Operations experience in a startup/scale-up
• Fluent in German (C1) and comfortable in English
• Hands-on experience with German labour law
• Confident administering Personio or similar HRIS

• Background in regulated environments (e.g., fintech)
