Description

You will drive launch readiness and coordinated execution for the commercial introduction of Ossium Health's novel cryopreserved HPC-Marrow product. You'll lead campaign development, omnichannel marketing, and field enablement while partnering with Medical Affairs to ensure seamless adoption across transplant centers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• 10+ years in product management, launch readiness, or marketing operations in biotech/pharma/med device
• Proven experience leading or supporting commercial launches, ideally for hospital-administered therapies
• Strong project management skills managing multiple parallel workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead product marketing and launch readiness activities
• Develop and oversee integrated launch plan, timeline, and cross-functional deliverables
• Coordinate internal launch governance, workstreams, and risk mitigation
• Oversee HCP campaign strategy, creative development, and omnichannel execution
• Build and operationalize Rapid Response Hub and account onboarding resources
