You will lead global Financial Planning & Analysis, driving strategic insights and operational efficiency. Your work will influence investment decisions and business performance across ABBYY, a trusted AI and intelligent automation partner for enterprise customers like Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA/CPA a plus
• 6–8+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including 2+ years in team leadership
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with senior executives
• Experience implementing or optimizing FP&A tools (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Planful)
• Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning skills
• Expertise in MS Tools and financial systems; experience with Power BI preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles
• Exceptional communication and executive presence
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth global environment

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable insights
• Lead company-wide financial planning cycles including budgets, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts
• Deliver timely, high-quality reporting packages with analysis of variances and business drivers
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards
• Drive adoption and enhancement of FP&A systems and tools
• Partner with Accounting, HR, and business leaders for alignment
• Oversee operating expense planning, headcount tracking, and cost allocation
• Prepare compelling financial narratives for executive leadership and board meetings
• Champion best practices in FP&A, driving improvements in forecasting accuracy and data integrity
