Description

As a Genesis Fellow, you will work directly with teens to create impactful programs, mentor leaders, and grow chapters. You'll coordinate events, recruit members, and collaborate with colleagues to shape the future of Jewish teen engagement.

Requirements

• 0-3 years work/volunteer experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• General knowledge of Jewish culture and calendar
• Organized with attention to detail
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Work directly with teens to create impactful, fun programs in local chapters
• Mentor teen leaders and deliver leadership training
• Attract and retain members to build and grow chapters
• Plan citywide and regional events including overnight conventions
• Staff summer leadership programs (2-3 weeks) at camp
