Description

As an Accessories Designer at Alo, you will conceptualize, design, and develop a wide range of fashion accessories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create innovative products that align with the brand's vision. You'll support the Accessories Design Director and Executive Leadership, from trend research and sketching to development and fittings, ensuring designs meet quality and cost standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field
• Proven experience in accessories design with strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD
• Strong understanding of textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth trend research online and in-person
• Create original designs including sketches, color palettes, and materials
• Develop and track materials, trims, and PLM/BOMs with accuracy
• Attend fittings and ensure fit, construction, and material accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, merchandising, production)
