You'll provide in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients, helping them stay connected and communicate clearly. You'll evaluate and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders with flexible scheduling and consistent patient volume.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver in-home speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate communication, cognition, and swallowing to develop treatment goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation

📋 Requirements

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (CCC SLP) license
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems
