💼 About This Role

You'll manage post-listing token performance and incident response for Binance, the world's largest crypto exchange. Your work will ensure risk mitigation and operational excellence for 300M+ users. Incident handling and research-driven risk assessment are core to this role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support projects during major incidents like hacks or CEX collapses.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative reviews of listed token performance.
• Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with listed tokens.
• Onboard new listings and facilitate operational requests.

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting.
• Critical thinking to grasp key principles and identify root causes.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good crypto knowledge and ability to evaluate risks.
