You'll join a technology-driven managed services organization to design, develop, and maintain scalable automation solutions. Your core impact is streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks to enhance operational performance across systems and platforms. This role offers the chance to work with RMM and RPA platforms and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and maintain automation workflows using scripting and RPA platforms
• Develop automation solutions within RMM environments like Datto RMM
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs across systems
• Use Git for version control and collaborative development

📋 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Jinja, and Bash scripting
• Hands-on experience with RPA platforms such as Rewst or similar
• Experience working within RMM environments like Datto RMM
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and JSON data handling

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, and MSP tools like ConnectWise or Autotask
• Previous experience in MSP, Helpdesk, or Service Desk environments
