You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents as their primary account manager at Compass. Your core impact is driving adoption of our platform through 1:1 support, training, and marketing assistance. This role stands out for its direct influence on agent satisfaction and community building.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact
  • Promote adoption of Compass technology via 1:1 support and training
  • Provide marketing support: answer questions, create collateral
  • Partner with Onboarding for welcoming new customers

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Real estate experience
  • Live or remote training experience
  • Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
