You'll manage a portfolio of high-touch real estate agents as their primary account manager at Compass. Your core impact is driving adoption of our platform through 1:1 support, training, and marketing assistance. This role stands out for its direct influence on agent satisfaction and community building.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of high-touch customers as their day-to-day contact
- Promote adoption of Compass technology via 1:1 support and training
- Provide marketing support: answer questions, create collateral
- Partner with Onboarding for welcoming new customers
๐ Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in customer service, training, office management, hospitality, or operations
- Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Real estate experience
- Live or remote training experience
- Experience with enterprise technology (Zendesk, Salesforce, Confluence)
