Description

You will source and order aftermarket and used parts to support high-volume vehicle reconditioning. You'll evaluate vendors, manage the parts ordering workflow, resolve issues like backorders, and ensure production teams get parts on time. Your decisions directly impact cost, speed, and vehicle quality in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years hands-on automotive parts desk experience
• Strong knowledge of aftermarket and used parts ecosystems
• Proven experience with high-volume parts ordering in production or retail
• Deep understanding of vehicle components and part compatibility
• Valid Ontario driver's license (G2 minimum) with clean abstract

Responsibilities

• Source, quote, and order aftermarket and used parts across various makes and models
• Evaluate vendor options to balance cost, quality, and availability
• Manage end-to-end parts ordering workflow including receiving, verification, and organization
• Proactively resolve backorders, substitutions, and part discrepancies
• Build and maintain relationships with aftermarket vendors and used parts suppliers
