💼 About This Role

You'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism. Your work directly impacts skill development and behavior management under BCBA supervision. This role offers consistent weekday hours in a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement individual ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect data and document clinical services accurately
• Communicate daily progress with parents and caregivers
• Assist in creating client materials for intervention goals

📋 Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• 1+ year experience with children/adolescents with developmental disabilities
• Experience with aggressive or high-intensity behaviors
• Ability to lift 30 lbs and respond to physical situations
