💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain scalable ML and data infrastructure at Quizlet, supporting tens of millions of learners. You'll drive platform reliability and developer experience through best-in-class MLOps and DataOps technologies. This role offers the chance to shape the foundation of Quizlet's AI roadmap.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain ML and data infrastructure for model training and deployment.
• Collaborate with teams to design data systems meeting diverse needs.
• Develop tools improving developer efficiency and platform usability.
• Implement scalable data ingestion and processing systems (real-time and batch).

📋 Requirements

• 5–8+ years building large-scale data or ML platforms in production.
• Strong experience with distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML infrastructure (e.g., Airflow, dbt, GCP, Kubernetes).
• Proven ability to contribute to reliability and efficiency best practices in data workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

• Experience with cross-cloud data infrastructure or hybrid orchestration.
• Contributions to open-source data/ML tooling or frameworks.
• Demonstrated impact improving developer experience or data reliability.
