You'll lead a global accounting team overseeing close, consolidation, compliance, and reporting at a public SaaS company. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead global accounting close, internal controls, and consolidation processes
• Manage payroll, accounts payable, fixed assets, and equity administration
• Drive system implementation and integration for ERP and other tools
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and internal controls

📋 Requirements

• CPA license required
• 15+ years of accounting experience including senior management roles
• Experience leading off-shore accounting center of excellence or shared services
• Experience with M&A activities and changing entity structures

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP systems
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• Experience with third-party consultants for added expertise
