- Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
- Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress applications and plugins
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
- Contribute to internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting documentation
๐ Requirements
- WordPress expertise including themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments
- U.S. residency and American citizenship required

- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies
- Enterprise-level WordPress hosting experience
