  • Deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers via ticketing and calls
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues with WordPress applications and plugins
  • Perform in-depth debugging using logs, monitoring tools, and code analysis
  • Contribute to internal knowledge resources and troubleshooting documentation

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • WordPress expertise including themes, plugins, hooks, and WP-CLI
  • Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in customer-facing technical support or enterprise environments
  • U.S. residency and American citizenship required
