๐ผ About This Role
You'll own a book of business within Mural's self serve customer base, identifying growth opportunities and converting potential into revenue. You'll stay close to your accounts, understand how teams use Mural, and find the right moment to deepen relationships through expansion or new use cases. This is a hunting role requiring proactive outbound to build pipeline from existing customers.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Identify and research land opportunities within PLG customer base and new logos.
- Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, and networking events.
- Tailor offerings to prospect needs and act as trusted advisor on collaboration strategies.
- Manage prospect and client data in CRM, monitor pipeline, and prioritize activities.
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in customer-facing sales roles
- Ownership mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport
- Familiarity with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

- Knowledge of visual collaboration software or related technologies
