💼 About This Role

You'll shape the Eight Sleep app experience, designing engaging and intuitive interfaces for sleep optimization. You'll own the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ship data-driven designs that balance aesthetics with usability. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end design of the Eight Sleep app from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups
• Conduct usability studies and user interviews to validate design decisions
• Build and maintain the design library and UI component system
• Present design updates to C-suite leadership for feedback and approval

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UX and UI with live mobile examples in portfolio
• Shipped designs to public users with data proving success or failure
• Ability to balance user value with technical effort
• Experience coaching junior designers and collaborating with PMs and Engineers

• Experience with sleep or health-related products
• Familiarity with hardware-software integration design
• Comfortable traveling occasionally to San Francisco or Milan
