Description

You will lead quality and food safety compliance at our fulfillment centers, overseeing programs like FSMA, GFSI/SQF, and USDA Organic. You'll manage customer complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and team performance to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in food safety and quality assurance in a fulfillment or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of GFSI/SQF, FSMA, USDA Organic, PACA standards
• Strong analytical and root cause analysis skills
• Experience with internal auditing and continuous improvement programs
• Leadership experience and ability to build a food safety culture

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality and food safety policies per GFSI-SQF standards
• Own escalated customer complaint investigations and root cause analysis
• Create and manage document control processes using databases
• Collect, analyze, and report food safety KPIs
• Lead and coach team of QA and QC Audit Supervisors
