💼 About This Role

You'll own the economic framework and pricing decision system for CSC Generation's portfolio of retail brands. You'll turn high uncertainty into structured decisions that run daily and move real dollars, operating at the intersection of pricing, inventory, finance, data science, and engineering. This is a product-ownership and economics leadership role, not pure analytics or engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the economic framework behind pricing and inventory disposition.
• Define and evolve inventory classification and policies.
• Lead structured research and experimentation in ambiguous environments.
• Partner with data science on demand and elasticity models.
• Partner with engineering to productionize daily decisioning.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in pricing, inventory, or revenue management in retail/e-commerce.
• Proven ability to create clarity in high-uncertainty problem spaces.
• Strong command of unit economics and expected-value thinking.
• Experience influencing systems that drive daily financial decisions.

• Experience with clearance or markdown optimization.
• Familiarity with hazard models or demand modeling.
• Hands-on experience using LLMs in analytics or decision systems.
