💼 About This Role

You'll own technical hiring strategy with a focus on Python and backend engineering talent. You’ll build pipelines and coach a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. This role reports to the VP of HR and is ideal for a hands-on recruiting leader.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Build and manage a high-performing TA team, set KPIs, design interview frameworks.
• Own EMEA talent pipelines, source passive candidates, build relationships.
• Develop specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles in cybersecurity and SaaS.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing a recruiting team in international fast-growing environments.
• 5+ years in talent acquisition with career rooted in full cycle technical recruiting.
• Proven success recruiting Python and Full-Stack developers.
• Strong EMEA networks and experience scaling technical teams in high-growth environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software markets.
• Familiarity with global multi-country hiring and compliance.
• Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools.
