💼 About This Role
You'll own compensation cycles and benchmarking as the hands-on execution engine of Viant's Compensation function. You'll ensure clean data, disciplined pay practices, and reliable forecasting across the organization. This role delivers the analytical horsepower behind compensation strategy.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Run annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles end-to-end.
- Conduct market pricing and maintain job architecture and salary bands.
- Own day-to-day accuracy of the compensation census.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to review offers and ensure internal equity.
📋 Requirements
- 4-7+ years experience in Compensation or related field.
- Strong comp analysis and modeling skills.
- Expert in Excel and manipulating large datasets.
- Solid understanding of job leveling and pay equity.
✨ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with ADP, Charthop, or Greenhouse.
- Experience partnering with HRIS teams.
