Requirements

• 5+ years supporting data platforms in enterprise + 2+ years people management
• Computer Science fundamentals
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling
• Domain expertise in databases and BI
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Support Engineers
• Hire, develop, and train team members
• Deliver against key metrics: CSAT, IR, SLA, TTR
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other teams
• Optimize support processes and translate data insights into strategies
