💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of ~40 enterprise customers, driving adoption of AI-powered automation and ecommerce support optimization. You'll act as a senior partner on business and technical strategy for named accounts.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead QBRs and long-term account planning tied to business outcomes
- Drive advanced adoption of AI, automation, and integrations
- Identify risks early and drive recovery plans for high-value accounts
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams on customer outcomes
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Consulting
- Experience managing complex enterprise customers
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without authority
