💼 About This Role

You'll own a portfolio of ~40 enterprise customers, driving adoption of AI-powered automation and ecommerce support optimization. You'll act as a senior partner on business and technical strategy for named accounts.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead QBRs and long-term account planning tied to business outcomes
  • Drive advanced adoption of AI, automation, and integrations
  • Identify risks early and drive recovery plans for high-value accounts
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams on customer outcomes

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Consulting
  • Experience managing complex enterprise customers
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes without authority
