💼 About This Role

You'll lead a senior team to set the design vision for Kiddom's educational platform, scale the design system, and partner across Product, Engineering, and Curriculum to deliver intuitive experiences for teachers, students, and administrators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of product designers
• Own the platform design vision across teacher, student, and admin experiences
• Own and evolve Kiddom's design system
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Curriculum on roadmap and OKRs

📋 Requirements

• 8-12 years in product design with at least 3 years leading teams
• Portfolio showing systems thinking and interaction design across complex products
• Proven experience building or maturing a design system
• Track record of influencing roadmap and priorities across Product, Engineering, and Curriculum

✨ Nice to Have

• Fluent with AI tools in workflow
• Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
