💼 About This Role

You'll partner with the SVP, OD&E to extend Huge's leadership frameworks into Colombia-specific programming for feedback and coaching behaviors. You'll design and deliver learning experiences, coach managers, and measure program effectiveness. This role uniquely blends talent analytics with hands-on organizational development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Extend Huge's coaching model and Edge Leadership framework into Colombia-specific learning experiences
• Design and deliver workshops and cohort programs focused on feedback and coaching
• Support data analysis and dashboard creation tied to program effectiveness
• Partner with Talent Partners to identify capability gaps and target interventions

📋 Requirements

• Experience extending or localizing existing talent frameworks for new cultural contexts
• Native or near-native Spanish fluency
• Background in I/O psychology or equivalent applied experience in talent analytics
• Demonstrated ability to coach managers through real performance moments

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Lattice, Articulate Rise, and data visualization tools
• Experience with SPSS or R for talent analytics
