You'll plan and execute test activities across mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems to ensure robust, production-ready hardware. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate test results into design improvements at a company reinventing American manufacturing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Plan and execute development, qualification, and production tests
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and instrumentation
• Develop test plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria
• Execute functional, environmental, and performance testing

📋 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in test engineering or manufacturing test roles
• Hands-on experience testing complex hardware systems in high-reliability environments
• Experience designing tests across mechanical, electrical, or integrated systems
• Familiarity with test instrumentation and data acquisition systems

• Experience supporting both early development and production test environments
• Background working with manufacturing or operations teams
