You'll join a best-in-class team to troubleshoot and support Bevi machines for Direct and Partner customers via phone and email. Your core impact is ensuring machines run at peak performance and driving process improvements based on customer feedback. This role offers the chance to be the voice of the customer for a rapidly growing IoT-enabled beverage company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot Bevi machine issues via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Provide installation and preventative maintenance guidance to customers
- Identify process improvements and communicate feedback to internal teams
- Initiate RMAs for parts and assist with warranty and contract questions
๐ Requirements
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software systems
- Strong multitasking skills across calls, emails, and tickets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
โจ Nice to Have
- Knowledge of CRM/ticketing systems like Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite
- Experience in technical support or customer service roles
