• Respond to billing inquiries via phone, chat, and email
• Process credit card and ACH payments accurately
• Maintain customer account billing configurations
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable on credit requests

📋 Requirements

• 1+ year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to handle confidential information
