๐ผ About This Role
You'll join DREAM's Network Operations team ensuring office spaces are functional, organized, and welcoming. You'll provide essential support in space management, inventory, and front desk operations. This role offers the chance to contribute to an organization serving over 2,500 youth in East Harlem and the South Bronx.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Oversee daily maintenance and organization of network office spaces
- Maintain inventory of office and common area supplies
- Serve as first point of contact for visitors, staff, and families
- Provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and events
๐ Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of office coordination, facilities management, or administrative support
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- Experience in education or nonprofit environment
