Description

You will define and drive large-scale privacy initiatives across engineering teams, building program structure, establishing milestones, and tracking measurable outcomes. This role requires strong technical understanding to translate complex systems into actionable plans and communicate clearly with senior leaders.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical program management or related role in technology organization
• Ability to understand system design concepts and break down complex technical problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior stakeholders
• Experience building and managing privacy programs with defined milestones and metrics
• Ability to work through ambiguity and deliver results in high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Define and manage privacy program roadmaps including milestones, timelines, and KPIs
• Partner with engineering, legal, compliance, and data teams to implement privacy requirements
• Build and scale programs for data governance, lifecycle management, retention, and access controls
• Lead planning and reporting processes including executive updates
• Translate complex technical systems into clear plans and documentation
