Description

You will lead municipal wastewater infrastructure engineering projects throughout New England, managing project implementation, developing proposals and budgets, supervising technical staff, and ensuring technical accuracy and project profitability.

Requirements

• Experience managing civil engineering design projects related to wastewater infrastructure.
• Ability to travel frequently to New England client sites.
• Strong technical knowledge in wastewater discipline.
• Experience developing proposals and project budgets.
• Experience supervising and directing technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage project implementation with assigned team, following company policies and keeping client informed of project status.
• Initiate projects by developing proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets for approval.
• Supervise and direct technical staff, assist in training and technical development.
• Conduct independent technical reviews on projects for other wastewater discipline leaders.
• Track project costs, including labor and expenses, and ensure timely invoicing.
