💼 About This Role

You'll join the Legal Department at KBRA, handling a broad range of in-house legal matters including contracts, regulatory affairs, and corporate governance. You'll provide critical support across U.S., UK, EU, and international operations, working closely with analysts, compliance, and senior management. This role offers exposure to securities law and regulatory frameworks within a highly regulated environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Review, negotiate, and draft client engagement letters
• Support corporate governance and board meetings
• Advise on data privacy and cybersecurity matters
• Collaborate with Compliance on SEC examinations

📋 Requirements

• JD and admission to New York bar
• 6-10+ years of legal experience
• Strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements
• Knowledge of securities laws and regulated environments
