You'll build the operational foundation for post-sales analytics and strategy at a high-growth SaaS company. You'll own the reporting infrastructure for churn, retention, and service adoption, turning NRR into a north star for growth. This is a greenfield opportunity with direct visibility to the board.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own post-sales analytics and reporting infrastructure
  • Close the book-to-live gap with implementation tracking
  • Build a repeatable GMV growth framework
  • Automate recurring operational motions for PSMs
  • Standardize NRR, churn, and expansion definitions across teams

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5โ€“8 years in Revenue Ops, CS Ops, BizOps, or Finance & Strategy
  • HubSpot power user with post-sales infrastructure experience
  • Solved the book-to-live gap problem
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

  • Series Aโ€“D experience strongly preferred
  • Builder's mindset with documentation discipline
