Description

You will lead deep technical investigations into software safety interlocks, optimize subsystems, and drive root cause analysis for advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment. You'll act as a technical escalation point, supporting global field engineers and customers, while influencing architecture and delivering systemic improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS or related with 10+ years experience, or Master's with 4+ years, or PhD with 3+ years
• Strong C++ and/or C# development expertise
• Experience developing for Windows and real-time operating systems
• Solid understanding of multi-threaded applications
• Experience with software documentation, specifications, and APIs

Responsibilities

• Lead technical investigations into software safety interlocks and validate corrective actions
• Analyze and optimize multiple interacting subsystems for end-to-end workflow understanding
• Drive root cause and corrective action using packet captures, log correlation, and system-level analysis
• Design and evaluate subsystem architectures including multi-threading and scheduler interactions
• Act as technical escalation point supporting field engineers and customers globally
