Description

You will lead the planning and operation of government support projects for intellectual property protection, connecting MarqVision's AI SaaS technology with public sector policy initiatives. You'll drive the entire project lifecycle from discovery to completion, expanding our impact in the public domain.

Requirements

3+ years experience in government project documentation (proposals, reports, etc.)
Experience planning or managing AI, SaaS, or IT-based public projects
Experience structuring and executing projects with multiple stakeholders (government, internal teams)
Proven ownership from project planning to execution
Preferred: 3+ years in IP-related public projects or strategic planning with KIPO/MCST

Responsibilities

Lead A-to-Z planning, proposal, and operation of government IP support projects
Identify R&D and service projects from ministries like KIPO and MCST
Plan and propose AI SaaS and online IP protection projects for public sector
Design strategic project structures linking product roadmap with government policies
Manage schedules, deliverables, and operational strategy during project execution
