Description

You'll drive customer revenue team effectiveness by developing and implementing strategic sales training programs, enablement content, and cross-functional initiatives to optimize the sales process and accelerate revenue growth at Brex. You will partner with Post-Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Product teams to align priorities and ensure our sales team is well-equipped to succeed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales training programs
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS, and other enablement tools
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solver with commitment to excellence

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales training programs for post-sales representatives
  • Create and maintain sales enablement content (playbooks, battle cards, competitive plays)
  • Develop and track metrics to measure enablement program effectiveness
  • Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Marketing, and Product for consistent messaging
  • Lead onboarding programs for new post-sales hires and conduct field reviews with coaching
