💼 About This Role

You'll be responsible for purchasing and developing logistics equipment for CLS camps and sub-hubs. You'll drive equipment standardization and productivity improvements to support Coupang's rapid growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Procure logistics equipment and manage assets for camps and sub-hubs
• Develop new equipment (design, certification, patent) and improve existing ones
• Manage maintenance and performance enhancement of logistics equipment
• Plan standardization and modeling for facilities, track productivity metrics

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5+ years experience in logistics automation equipment or machinery procurement
• Experience in purchasing, contracting, and productivity management
• Ability to communicate effectively with relevant departments and partners
