💼 About This Role

You'll manage the Logistics Operation Center as a control tower for Coupang's logistics network. You'll define and enforce operational configurations to ensure speed and reliability. This role offers direct impact on real-time logistics operations through data-driven decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor real-time logistics flow across FC/Hub/Camp
• Identify and respond to operational risks and anomalies
• Manage volume and capacity-based operational configuration
• Define and modify core operation parameters (volume, capacity, cut-off)
• Validate system configuration changes for operational accuracy

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 2+ years in logistics/operations/data analysis
• Available to work day/night and weekend shifts
• Ability to set priorities and respond immediately in fast-changing situations

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or logistics/distribution industry
• Experience in control tower operations
• SQL, BI tool (Tableau), Excel data analysis skills
