You'll build high-quality automation to grow Starlink's customer base and improve customer experience. You will work closely with engineering and business teams to develop strategies for migrating automation to website-integrated solutions. This role offers direct exposure to SpaceX leadership with quantitative updates.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain high-quality automation for Starlink growth
• Build alerts and monitoring for automation systems
• Manage requests and stakeholders in a scalable way
• Design measurable and well-scoped experiments

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or STEM discipline
• 1+ years experience in engineering, software, data analytics, or operations
• 1+ years experience with Python

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with automation tools like VBA or C#
