You'll lead a diverse team at a fun, entrepreneurial rapidly growing bakery. Your core impact is driving cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance while developing team members through training and mentorship.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Hire, coach and develop hourly staff including Shift Leaders and Crew
  • Lead service components: food quality, customer service, cleanliness
  • Manage inventory and audit controls
  • Execute local marketing drops and in-store recognition programs

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3+ years management/leadership experience in restaurant or retail
  • Availability to work mid-to-late shifts Thursday through Sunday
  • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams and Applicant Tracking System
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service with hospitality focus

  • Familiarity with commercial convection ovens
