🎯 What You'll Do

• Validate clinical accuracy of AI predictions against patient outcomes
• Analyse data to identify false positives and false negatives
• Collaborate with engineering to refine algorithm performance
• Document validation processes and results for regulatory compliance

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field
• 2+ years clinical experience in post-acute care
• Experience with EHR systems and healthcare data
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools

✨ Nice to Have

• RN license or other clinical certification
• Experience with predictive analytics or AI in healthcare
• Familiarity with skilled-nursing or home-health operations
