🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead centralized program management for GDO and QRC functions.
• Implement and improve operating mechanisms, tools, and standards.

📋 Requirements

• BS/BA degree with 12+ years experience, or equivalent.
• Experience managing programs in R&D, operations, quality, or regulatory.
• Proven leadership of program managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder alignment in a matrixed environment.
