You'll own the enablement strategy for Harvey's support org, covering onboarding and ongoing training for specialists. You'll design learning content, oversee QA, and ensure rapid product releases are translated into team education. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-scaling AI company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Co-own enablement roadmap for onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Guide Support Enablement and QA Specialists daily.
  • Design scalable onboarding program with ramp metrics.
  • Oversee QA program linking findings to enablement.
  • Partner with Product to turn release notes into team education.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years in support enablement or related role in technical SaaS.
  • Experience mentoring others in a senior IC capacity.
  • Ability to own enablement strategy end-to-end.
  • Strong instructional design instincts and data-driven approach.
