💼 About This Role

You'll join ElevenLabs' Legal team negotiating and managing commercial agreements like NDAs, MSAs, and DPAs. Your work enables growth across global markets while mitigating risk for a leading AI voice company. This role offers an opportunity to shape the legal foundation of a rapidly scaling AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate and manage customer and vendor agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs).
• Maintain contract records and reporting in CLM systems and DocuSign.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams during contract review.
• Support corporate and IP filings, including board minutes and resolutions.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of contract management or paralegal experience.
• In-house experience at a tech or SaaS company preferred.
• Understanding of contract management and corporate governance.
• Proficiency with CLM tools (Ironclad, Salesforce, Asana, DocuSign).
