๐ผ About This Role
You'll own and grow a $5Mโ$10M+ portfolio of customers in a rebuild-phase SaaS business, driving Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and closing expansion deals. You'll help define what "great" looks like as we rebuild our AM function from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own Net Revenue Retention for your book of business
- Identify and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline (3-4x coverage)
- Proactively manage renewal cycles and mitigate churn risk
๐ Requirements
- 4โ8+ years in mid-market SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
- Proven track record of closing expansion opportunities independently
- Experience owning revenue targets (NRR, expansion, or renewals)
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce)
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience in a rebuild or transformation environment
- Experience in Transportation Management Systems or last-mile/logistics tech
- Daily use of AI in customer-facing and revenue workflows
