You will drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems, collaborating with teams to implement new software tools, manage UAT, and create reports. Your work will help digitally transform physical operations, improving safety, efficiency, and sustainability.

Requirements

• 7+ years professional experience with 4+ years in project management or operations
• Familiarity with finance processes and systems
• Experience with projects supporting Compensation and accounting/finance systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Drive projects impacting ERP, Salesforce, and compensation systems
• Spearhead implementation of new software tools (requirements, testing, reporting)
• Oversee UAT (script creation, testing, issue resolution)
• Collaborate with Accounting, Business Operations, and Finance teams
• Create reports in ERP and Salesforce
