You'll provide targeted 1:1 support to students with special needs, implementing behavior plans and academic interventions. 📋 Requirements

• Paraprofessional Certification preferred but not required
• Ability to operate tactfully under stress
• At least 23 years of age
• Able to work with high-risk special needs students
