You'll provide individualized support to help consumers with developmental disabilities access community activities and services. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual support in home or community settings per consumer's plan.
• Develop opportunities for community participation and positive interactions.
• Facilitate activities to build relationships, skills, and community experience.
• Complete required documentation including incident reports and case recordings.

📋 Requirements

• 4-year degree preferred plus one year experience with disabilities, or approved combination.
• Valid California driver's license and clear driving record.
• CPR/First-aid Certification (training can be provided).
• Experience with computerized word programs and databases.
